- How can I order at The Good Food?
You can place your order online, 24 hours a day.
- How can I find an article easily?
You can find all our articles classified alphabetically by topic. You can also search for an article by entering keywords in the search-field on the top right. - How do I delete an article?
By clicking on your basket at the top of your screen, you will see an overview with the chosen articles. You can remove an article by clicking on 'the recycle bin' beside an article. The article will disappear automatically out of your basket.
- How do I know if The Good Food has received my order well?
As soon as you have placed your order, you will get within the hour an e-mail as confirmation. In this mail you will get all the necessary information concerning the supply.
- I haven't received an e-mail confirmation, what shall I do?
We advice you to send us as soon as possible an e-mail: info@thegoodfood.eu .
- Do I have to pay administration costs?
No, the administration costs wouldn't be charged, but the transportation costs will.
- When can I pay my order?
When you have placed your order, at the end you will get the required data concerning how you must pay.
- What is Ogone?
Ogone does not deny or accept payments itself, it merely transmits the information to the bank or credit card company of the web shop. If your transaction is denied, it is the bank or Credit Card Company involved that denied the transaction.
- Why was my payment refused?

Ogone is the technical partner of the web shop where you made your purchase. We make sure the payment transactions reach the banks and credit card companies securely. No money gets transfers through Ogone when making a payment to a web shop.
- Do I also receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive a commercial invoice with your order.

- Can I also come and pick up my order?
Unfortunately it's not possible to come to The Good Food and pick up your order.
- How much will I pay in delivery charges?
The delivery charges depend on the total weight and volume of your order. All our articles are weighed. So only the real delivery costs are charged.
- When will my order be delivered?
When we have processed and have sent your order, you will get a standard e-mail in which stands when the order has been sent and when you can expect it. Furthermore you will find a tracking number with which you can follow your order online.
What if a product is missing or when something is delivered wrong?
When you receive your order, we request you to check the products as soon as possible. If something is not correct, you are asked to contact us within 48 hours after delivery of your order, by e-mail (info@thegoodfood.eu) or by telephone (+32 11 23 41 02).
